I am not sure if this an actual bug, but from my understanding the skill should lvl up if we reach/pass 100% but does not seem the case for me when I am crafting in Tailoring.
I tested it for three lvls, each time I passed 100% and did not lvl up. The next turn used gave me a lvl and reset to 0 of x.
You are currently training your Tailoring [113] skill with 108 of 104 experience.
You are currently training your Tailoring [114] skill with 108 of 105 experience.
You are currently training your Tailoring [115] skill with 108 of 106 experience.
You are currently training your Tailoring [114] skill with 108 of 105 experience.
You are currently training your Tailoring [115] skill with 108 of 106 experience.
Just wanted clarification on if this is right or a possible bug.
