Hi I set up an account OK, have password & username etc but I simply cannot log in...I hit the log in button but it never seems to do anything. At first I put it down to this being a new game, some update happening or whatever but months later the issue is still an issue for me. All else is fine with my machine and games (lots of them!) elsewhere so I'm wondering what to do, what's going on?

is your device time the same as the server time? that can cause issues logging in

Hey Tynt,
There is an issue indeed as Kyri pointed out, if your device time OR your device's timezone are not set correctly where such bug can happen because the session will be considered as expired before it even begins.
So:
-check your device's time is correct
-check your device's timezone is correct
-if it still doesn't work, try another device to see if it's device-related

Hi
I have the exact same problem as Tynt.
I've checked my clock/timezone, I've used Ccleaner to clear cache etc, I've deleted an account and started the whole thing from scratch, tried Chrome/Firefox browsers. Tried everything I can think of but no, can't log in.
I can click on the forum button and get here, register etc but the 'play' button on the login page doesn't seem to do anything at all.
Any help appreciated.

Hey Glammer, can you try to login using another device? Please don't create more accounts this is usually a device-related issue  |

OK I can log in on my gf laptop
That's good but it doesn't resolve my problem...as i said earlier I've checked all my settings etc, what is the problem with my maching?
I really do need to know else my time IG will be severely limited, gf is an absolute World of warcraft addict lol

If you use incognito mode in one of the browsers of the affected computer, are you able to sign in?
