The gold nugget is a raw nugget, not actual coins. So it is primarly intended for smelting. But we might make it possible to turn it into gold coins in the cap, we'll see (or add a recipe for it).

Ha smelting coins from mined gold. That'd be pretty cool. Of course, gold rarity would have to be tailored to account for inflation.
