The Nuruk paused, and turned to Razortooth : « Sounds like a job for us, no ? »
Mutuwa and Razortooth had met on Glyptodon mountain. They were both struggling and decided to team-up to increase their chances of survival. So far it had gone well, and he became the first member of the faction she thought she could trust.

Two days in their scouting mission, they crossed path with another Forsaken group who looked quite agitated.

There were other people, other tribes, on the other end of the Island ! Imagine that ! And judging from the face of their allies, it seems the first encounter between the two groups was not a joyful one.
Against the advice, they decided to stand their ground, and keep with their mission. They had mapped a whole new area, with fascinating landscapes, and terrifying creatures that they had so far always managed to flee. But this breaking news fueled their curiosity.
And it wasn't long before they established contact with the first of Them.
Hercules was the first of their kind that they spotted. The moment Mutuwa saw the muscular build of this Mythos, she froze. She could not remember ever meeting one, but for some reason, the appearance looked extremely familiar. Something, deep inside her unconsciousness had awaken. Just like a Dinictis would react to its first encounter with a Wolf. The Mythos came closer and stood on a mountain, observing them. The three of them stood their position for long minutes.
« This cannot be good. We have to attack him. Or run away.»
« There is no running away now Mutuwa, look behind him. »
Warwind the leafborn was approaching.
« He’s called for reinforcements. We are way too far from our faction, we will never get any support. We don’t have enough energy left to go back to safety either. We have no choice, we have to attack them before they attack us! »

They slept poorly. The slightest noise, be it a branch cracking, an owl flying or the wind blowing would wake them up.

The dancing silhouette of the leafborn was easily recognizable. Warwind was back, and was not leaving them out of his sight. Signals were clear.
The fight that ensued was epic. The fighting skills of this leafborn were extraordinary. He would dodge both blows and be able to blow a dart in the same movement. Even two against one, the fight lasted an eternity until Razortooth finally put it at an end.

Notes
- Raid could have ended very early because we jumped the fellowship grouptown not knowing what it was and not seeing there were 5 people on it. Lucky we managed to flee.
- We killed the 12 players on the disembarking spot because we figured that if we didn’t do it, the next raiders would in any case. And at least none of them would be upset or discouraged since they were obviously inactive.
- Please no one be offended, but the reaction time and what seems to be lack of coordination/communication in the fellowship faction was striking. I think we should have never been able to reach inside the island and stay there unattacked for so long. Hope you guys will solve those problems and that this raid encourages for more teamwork. I know our faction needs more of it too.
- Some will complain we killed noobs. Only 3 of the 38 killed were under 10 days of age.
- Very happy that beardedangler got both kills after the dedication he showed! Hope he gets an honorary medal.
