Town upgrades

If I go on Mason hut there show several upgrades:

level 1 watch extension

level 1 hut extension

level 1 weapon extension

public message board.

Only one of the upgrades actually belongs to mason hut. For the weapon extension I can start masonry and for the hut extension I am missing planks.

Now I click on town hall details.

There are the same upgrades but I could start masonry on weapon extension and hut extension (for which I lacked the materials on the hut details page).

Now the blacksmith details.

Same upgrades. For the hut extension I could start masonry (again) and the weapon extension needs materials.

Dwelling and watchtower details are like town hall details.
