Belouch said: "Race starting stats
The starting stats of some races were slightly modified to try and make neglected races more appealing and popular races less frequent. This does not affect characters already created."
You mentioned these might change back. Has that been decided yet?
1 point here and there doesn't seem so significant as far as stat effects... until you calculate the evo cost for those points.
For example: If required 25 agility to use a tier 5 weapon. Starting at 11 agility from boat creation, the total evo from 11 to 25 is 945 evo. Starting at 12 agility after modifications, the total evo cost from 12 to 25 is 819 evo.
That's a difference of 126 evo. That's a lot of training to get that amount. Which does actually seem significant.
Do you perhaps think that any stat modifications, positive or negative, should affect every char, whether created or not? Since only making changes to newly created chars appears to create an unnecessary imbalance.
Thoughts?

Why don't existing characters get affected?
As far as I can see Dwarr got an increase of 1 Intelligence and 1 Endurance. That's easily 100 evolution points difference already. Also tier 5 weapons can easily require more than 25 in a stat so the difference can get much higher.

+1. I raised this issue when it was initially announced and Belouch recently agreed it wasn’t a good move. Hopefully they adjust any modifications they made.
