Can't see player towns on look around page

As the title says. Main page is fine but any distance in the look around page does not have player towns. That used to hide any characters on them as well but recently it does show players. This has been happening since beginning of game I think, but it would only happen for a day at a time then be fine for a week. Lately it's all the time.

I am using google chrome and windows 7.
