Can different tribes drop different body parts/meat upon death. -It adds to the flavour of a kill. - It helps identify who may have died to a pile - Someone died, they should drop all their items but no corpse??

most stuff is carnivious....you dont win you get the honor of becoming some critters.. er.. pile! ;p
on theother hand if someone is unsucsessfull in attacking then their corpse should hang around till you wake up

The old game had that. You ended up with 1000’s of dark elf meat and goblin meat in towns or training spots. It wasn’t consumable at the time though

a decay rate would be cool, but I`m happy enough for people to not be collecting bits of me!

In Diablo 1 dead players dropped their ear. It was always '[Playername]'s ear', so some kind of trophy. Just can't make up my mind if that kind of identification would be possible if you stumble upon some player you haven't met. The ears should only drop in PVP and not in PVE if at all.
In PVE a 'mythos corpse' yould be dropped to help identification. This corpse could be non pick uppable and decay after a week.

pve the critter would eat the remains or stomp on them till they were mushy...
pvp...the ears are a nice idea decay if left behind maybe

If in PVP, a corpse, ear, etc. was dropped that would be valuable. I'd like to be able to bring proof of a kill to my client as a mercenary.
