Inventory disappearing

I just had a fight where I had Was going to switch to my main weapon ( 2 handed) from a 1 handed. Only issue was all my 2 handed weapons were gone from my inventory. Luckily I was still able to flee the fight without dying. After the fight my inventory was full again
