It would be nice not to have to end turns on seeking and fleeing as the only way to level them (aside from relics and quest rewards). Tribes with a bonus to seeking and fleeing only receive this bonus xp per turn from ending turns as it stands, I think?
Seeking xp to be gained through successful explores. It will need to be very small with a possible 120 successful explores per day but makes sense from a rplay perspective.
Fleeing xp to be gained from a successful flee. This comes with the suggestion that when fleeing from combat, there should be a mvp punishment to match the difficult you must have fleeing from a fight - also meaning abuse of this for xp is less likely. I’m not exactly sure of numbers as to how this would be fair so I won’t just pluck one out of the air.
