UPDATE:
Game Update 31 October 2019 Mentorship program
No need to send me a PM anymore, players can now declare their mentors ingame.
Just go to Options >> Declare a Mentor.
If you go on that page you can also see the list of your mentees if you have any.
The "Options" link in game is at the far bottom middle of the main screen after you log in to your character. There you can click "Declare a Mentor", then input your mentor's name. If you have any problems with it, please report them!

To avoid any sort of abuse, we add the following rules to the mentorship program:

- Mentor should be someone who really helped you in the game, not just a friend you want to share leadership XP with
- Mentor needs to be created at least 1 month before the mentee
- Mentee must be at least 200 in a weapon skill
- To declare a mentor, the mentee must send me a PM in the forums here (need to create an account), stating who he wishes to choose as mentor
- Mentorship certificates are given manually both to mentee and mentor so it might take a few days to arrive in your inventory
- You can then trade those certificates in the capital quest which will give you the XP reward
