Masters loose turns for training people. Seems fitting to let them get leadership experience for each turn that is taken during the mastering process. Atleast 9 exp per turn to be on par with other crafts. Perhaps 10-12 exp to help make up for how hard it is to raise it. Would encourage low prices as masters might want that leadership exp to help with overall evolution points and upcoming fort battles.

I think this is a great idea, especially once new players join the community they will look to masters for help. It would be nice to give masters a little incentive and reward for their turns.

+1 to this or even exp in the skill your mastering, If your teaching somebody a skill your still gaining expeirnce in it so makes sense

I really like this idea as a way of gaining leadership xp. It would be great incentive to give players who have great skill, but would otherwise not set to master for any reason.
