It would be nice if you could populate certain spots with a certain type of monsters by collecting spirits (for example from hawks) and release them on a certain spot. After a certain amount of released spirits the monster can then be found on this tile ... like creating a zoo. This enables to create training areas. By a variable minimum amount of spirits to release it can be regulated how expensive it is for each species. You could either create training spots by doing so as well as traps for enemies

I`ve been mulling this one over for a while and as long as the balance can be overseen I like it within reason
Higher lvl creaturesshouldnt be too near the caps to avoid having no reason to for factions to have contact also for lower lvl guys to have areas of acceptable risk for their training, you dont want Terratorns sitting outside the Caps
