I'm in favour af a new jewelry with HP recovering as percentage of damage caused or 1 HP per successful hit. I asked on Discord about pros and cons, here a copy-paste of the outcome:

Gypsy King Bones: I find it good, i would sugest a bread that heals a % / minute outside a fight to.We have just 3 healing options now (with pots) and 1 passive (our natural regen) maybe a passive regen with your or mine sugestiob would be usefull.
Emiliana: Life leech is a really strong effect and would probably be reserved for a rune, it would dominate a jewelry slot and no others would be useful. That would lock it from being used permanently on trainers as well. opiate: What about stun(enemy doesn't hit next round)/cripple (enemy hits for lower dmg)/ daze (enemy hits own team), if its a weapon effect I mean.. For jewelry could be good if was npc only life-steal so for training only - beastly recovery necklace
