Easter Cassowary Eggs
Every year in the beginning of Spring, is the Egg-laying season of the Agonian Cassowary. Cassowary eggs are known to be exquisite and delicious, one of the finest gourmet ingredients in the island. Restaurants in Exodus and New Heaven are ready to pay hefty sums for a dozen of those eggs.
Where it gets interesting, is that the male cassowary tends to eat the female's eggs, in order to kill any possible offspring that could later encroach on its territory. It is a cruel evolutive trait that has developed over time. Therefore females tend to go in forests outside of the typical cassowary-forests to lay the eggs far away from the males, before going back to their natural habitat. So you can find the cassowary moms in the cassowary forest, but their eggs are in fact spread out all over the differents forests of the island.

- Cassowary eggs are explorable in ALL forest tiles of the map
- If you die, you of course lose all your eggs on the ground!
- Cassowary laying season lasts only during a very specific time-frame (48 hours)
- You will be able to sell the eggs in Capital for 1200 gold per batch (1 batch = 12 eggs)
- You will have one week to sell the eggs, after that they go rotten!
