A system to recoup lost experience when you max on a crafting skill (currently 600).
An empty relic you can buy for 2,000 gold or so that you equip in maybe neck slot and fills with experience that would normally be lost due to hardcap.
Ideally, once you start filling it with lets say blacksmith experience, then only blacksmith crafting will continue to fill it until it reaches full, maybe 1000xp.
Relics cost about 2.5g per experience but fluctuate based on player interaction. This sets a minimum of 2g per exp and allows for a bit of bartering.
Perhaps a way to craft a similar object would be better, but I'd be hesitant in calling it a relic, maybe a knowledge crystal. Not sure on the materials to make it. Seems to be a lack of unique materials like sulfur and acid glands to get creative with it.
Or just books! but that seems too simple a craft/buy for something so precious. Hardcap weapon exp would not work. (hopefully)

There is no maxing or skillcap for general skills

Even better! Had a few people wondering but I did not clarify, only 1 type of exp can go into it once you start. Lets say blacksmith exp went into it then you can only use it to gain blacksmith exp once it is full.
