Rangar parked his hulking, disgusting frame by a recently-smote mammoth carcass and gazed enviously across the frozen river at the creature on the other side. He had heard the tales of his father, Ragnar The Great, and had spent his short existence on this plane attempting to live up to the family name. He’d led The Order to some of their greatest victories and successes, yet he still did not feel satisfied and nor would he ever if he continued on this path.

Rangar had always felt at home in the snow, living like the wild, sexy beast nature had intended him to be. Hunt. Kill. Eat. Mate. Sleep. The simple life. The life of peace, rules, politics, chopping logs, and spirit hunting was not for him. Enough is enough. Time for a change.
