With so many active and keen players at the start of the game, I’m wondering if we could have some sort of event? I know how tied up you guys must be but with the game being a bit slower at the start than we’re used to (quicker fights, slower mvp regen, low explore rates etc) and so much excitement - would it be possible to have a boost to encounters and explore rates (herbs etc) for a week or weekend? (even if it needs balancing with less xp per fight so that future players won’t miss out as much)
Could he roleplayed in a variety of ways such as the creatures of this world became angry at the invaders etc. which could be written by the players I’m sure.
Only reason I suggest is due to people wanting to play MORE and it might be a nice additional hook for new players. Again, I know how busy you guys are so understand if it’s not feasible.

We'll have such events in the future (double XP weekends, double drops, double explore rate and such), but for now there is so much to do on the 'critical' to-do list that we'll focus 100% of efforts on those first.
