I tried to walk on snow, and I can not do it.
Is it normal or a bug?

Is that the "level 3" mountains? If that's the case then I as a giant cannot either. Might be normal, I'm assuming.

No one can. You can't just walk up ice and snow covered mountain peaks, you need special gear to scale them!  |

Snow terrain and Lvl3 Mountain terrains are different things. Everyone can walk on snow (Norsks are best at it), but no one can hike to snowy peaks (yet!)
